From Hositility to Harmony
A group of teenage girls in Albany, New York, had recently fought each other in a violent brawl. The IIRP videotaped a facilitated restorative circle involving the girls (friends since childhood), their family members and supporters. This short film telescopes the remarkable transformation that takes place as all individuals in the circle are given a chance to freely express their feelings about what happened between them. Before the circle process begins, the room is heavy with belligerence and anger. By the time the circle ends, the mood has changed to hopefulness and affection, and the participants have moved From Hostility to Harmony.

Facing the Demons (Trailer)
http://youtu.be/RQlMxYqu6Do
'Facing the Demons' is the story of a journey to bring the family and friends of a murdered boy together in one room with those convicted of his killing.
The confrontation between them offers an opportunity for all those traumatised by the event to hear, for the first time ever, the other's side of the story. Talking directly to each other they have a chance to vent built up emotions, to find answers to unresolved questions and perhaps find a way to move ahead in their lives which have been indelibly affected by a horrific and senseless crime.
